Colorado Capital Development Committee Dinner

Creative direction for an event at CSU Pueblo, hosting the Colorado Capital Development Committee at a construction site for the technology building remodel at CSU Pueblo. Tasked with creating an unforgettable dinner, we transformed the space with elegant chandeliers hung from ductwork, blue uplighting, curated table settings, and a projector displaying campus achievements on an unfinished wall. Working cross-functionally with campus dining teams, event teams, and facilities teams, the unique setting made a significant impression on the attendees. Their feedback was extraordinary, highlighting the event as one of their most memorable experiences. This positive reception played a crucial role in the attempt to secure an additional $14 million for our technology building renovation, showcasing the impact of creative planning on strategic outcomes.
